Digital Solutions is seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional with substantial experience in Strategic Marketing, including development of the marketing plan, content production, digital marketing, and data analytics to lead our marketing efforts in Region Americas. The position is reporting to the Regional Manager, Americas and included in the regional leadership team. The role also has a dotted line to the global Marketing and Communications unit in Digitals Solutions, consisting of 15 dedicated marketing professionals.
This position can be performed out of any of our DNV offices in U.S. with flexible work arrangement (home/office).
What You'll Do
Overall responsibility for developing and executing the marketing and communication plan for Region Americas aligned with global end regional business goals
Develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns using both physical and digital channels with the objective of driving demand and new leads
Identify new channels for leads and brand awareness
Support global marketing on localized content creation (video, SoMe, articles, blogs, whitepapers)
Drive customer centric messaging, developing, and leveraging business tools such as personas, value propositions and customer journey mapping focusing on customer pains rather than product features
Evaluate activities and recommend/implement improvements using measurement data and analytics available
Implement and enforce marketing processes
Line manager responsibility for Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Region Americas
Lead generation and conversion
Measurement of marketing ROI
Customer satisfaction
Implementation of agreed marketing plan for the Region
Position Qualifications:
What is Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience from marketing & communications on strategic, tactical, and operational level
Background from international IT/software organizations and/or energy industry
Previous experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (preferably Eloqua and Salesforce)
Competence to lead the alignment of the marketing plan, objectives, and priorities to the strategic goals of the business.
Competence and understanding of the potential of digital devices and infrastructure to leverage digital channels such as search engines, social media, email, and websites to connect with current and prospective customers.
Competence to lead and develop the delivery of an integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategy/plan in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Competence and ability to make data driven decisions and improve future marketing strategy and tactics based on data.
Experience and good understanding of content marketing and lead generation
Experience from copy writing (direct mailing, ads, marketing collateral, web content, etc.)
Result oriented, able to keep deadlines and work under pressure /work with deadlines

Proven track record successfully marketing software and technical solutions in the Energy industry
Experience marketing SaaS solutions
