We're hiring a work-from-home on-demand errand runner to run to Lowes to get building supplies, check up on a house, or let tenants into a property. When you arrive at your destination, you'll bring us in on your phone we provide you for Facetime or Zoom, if necessary. There are no set hours, just we'll email you from time to time when we need errands ran with a reasonable grace window. We ask you to have a car with an open schedule so you're generally available when we need you through the week, usually during the day. If you're interested, please apply!

$10 - $12 hourly

• The more availability and responsiveness the better - ideally, we want someone available all the time who can run an errand -anywhere in the city - from 8 am to 8 pm, on-demand most days of the week; but not required.
• You'll be showing potential rental property we have available for rent to tenants - both private showings and showings for pre-scheduled group tours.
• You'll take your smartphone to rental properties we have leased, and with the tenants' permission arranged in advance, to conduct a safety inspection with criteria we provide - while getting video footage - so we know the extent of any needed repairs.
• You'll meet with homeowners whose home we want to purchase to take photos of the home, which you'll send to us, so we know how much money to offer them based on necessary repairs that we'll need to make upon purchase.
• You'll travel to our construction jobs sites from time to time to take a video of the work that's been completed so we can inspect what we expect from our sub-contractors.
• You will pick up a "For Rent" sign at a store (or store a few at your home) to put them in the yard of properties that we have for rent, and then take them down when they are rented.
• You will meet with tenants on their move-in/out date to take before/after photos so we have the information we need to make a rental deposit refund.
