Joining as a AVP Technology, Advisory Flexibility team, which is within the Technology business unit, you will be responsible for planning, directing projects to help design, build and maintain the sustainable, scalable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of software products, processes. This role will also include responsibility for leading special projects to drive more quality, scope, and scale in the offering and provide technical leadership to other team members. Responsibilities: Establish UI patterns/practices and best practices for the team Lead a team of UI developers both at onsite and offshore Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business problem statements into technical solutions, then help to plan sprints Assist in creating quality user experiences Maintain code quality by performing peer reviews Once production build commences, coach the team in developing appropriate technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product support What are we looking for? Requirements: 4+ Years of demonstrated development team leadership 4+ Years of experience working with Angular 2+ and must have worked with Angular v10+ Experience in working with Monorepos and Nx framework Experience in working with Jest , Storybook and SAAS Knowledge in using GitHub and Azure DevOps. Core Competencies: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent Communication and Coaching skills with demonstrated capacity to build consensus and empower developers to achieve independently. Capable of effectively planning, prioritizing and executing tasks utilizing resources and tools Strong attention to detail at the presentation layer Preferences: Hands on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience with ADA compliance is a plus Why LPL?
