What youll achieve
As a CX Planner on the Solutions Product Management team, you will be responsible for the vision of roadmap offers and products that bring to life the priorities of the Modern Compute Solutions Group (MCSG). In the Solutions Product Management Team , our vision is to enable the organization to deliver innovative and delightful customer experiences that drive outcomes and value for our customers.
You will:
- Develop and lead initiatives end-to-end
- Summarize key findings into compelling stories and visual deliverables
- Create, present and communicate visually the customer experience to internal stakeholders, including executive leaders

Essential Requirements
- Ability to design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research studies
- Experience developing and delivering visual presentations or demos to executive audiences
- Excellent at visualizing experiences, synthesizing insights, and storytelling especially from our end users' perspective
- Strong organizational skills; excellent execution and follow-through
- Customer-centric focus with the ability to communicate, strategize, plan, and prioritize
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing and presentation skills
- Passion for technology
- Highly motivated and desire to solve problems
- A sense of ownership and focus on driving results
- Demonstrated ability making data-driven business decisions
- The ability to work well in a team environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers
- A passion for philanthropy as our team likes to give back as often as possible
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in Design frameworks such as Design Thinking a plus.
- Experience with Figma a plus, but not required.
- BA in Design, Business or other related degree
- Industry experience, MBA a plus.
- Internal Dell experience a plus
