Job Description:
Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.

Typically supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisors.


QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of relevant experience in the Intelligence Community with biometrics experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance with current FS polygraph

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, International Affairs, Area Studies or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Experience providing direct support of biometric and biographic-related research and analysis to generate targeting leads for CT investigations and operations. Proficient in utilizing biometric databases (including TIDE, BI2R and other relevant databases) and intelligence related automated systems. Strong research and writing skills to produce finished intelligence reports. Demonstrate experience providing biometrics analysis training to newly hired Intelligence Analysts.

DESIRED:
Experience researching biometric software and tools. Experience serving as a spokesperson in meetings, discussions, and briefings. Experience providing statistical and ad hoc reports to USG management.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience
