The Goddard School is a renowned program for children 6 weeks to 6 years with a Piaget based foundation. We continue to set the standard for excellence by engaging the best educators possible and providing them with the tools they need to be successful. We create an environment where Teachers support the nurturing and learning every child needs; we hire Teachers that truly celebrate the milestones that occur in early childhood. The owner is on-site and hands on and ensures that the school takes a personal interest in every teacher, child and family. Our mission is to develop each child's natural curiosity and creativity in order to provide a foundation to encourage each child's lifelong love of learning.
Our Early Childhood Teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications
· Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
· Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred, or proof of enrollment in program
· 2 Years of previous experience required
· Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training
· Meets background check eligibility
· Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles
· Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
· Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
· Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams
About Goddard Schools
The Goddard School located in New Braunfels is currently under construction and scheduled to open in early 2022. As part of a larger franchise system, in operation for over 30 years, we are the premier preschool for children from six weeks to six years old. Pay: From $15.00 per hour
