Job description

**Description:**

The candidates will be completing painting, carpentry, electrical, and basic remodeling tasks. The client is completing Make-ready duties to trailer homes for companies that rent them out for construction sites.

Candidate will be working independently and need to take ownership of their daily duties.

Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays for OT

-7AM-3:30PM

Will work until 5:30PM for OT, currently working OT

MUST HAVE: -2 years of experience with construction, remodeling, handyman, or make ready maintenance -Experience using basic hand tools (Band saw, nail gun, hammer, tape measure, cordless drill, Pliers) -Must be able to lift 50lbs. -Must pass a Tape Meas
