Job Description Overview Are you a financial advisor burdened with wearing too many hats? Are you looking to move away from cold calling? If you are passionate about educating clients on portfolio strategies, we want to hear from you.The Opportunity: As an Associate Investment Counselor, you work directly with a Senior Investment Counselor to help our clients in the United States. You will also partner with a variety of other teams to give our clients the best service possible. Through our unique training program, Fisher Investments offers an elevated finance and capital markets education. You will report to your group manager who will assist you in navigating client relationships and provide personalized career development.The Day-to-Day: Be the heart of our Private Client Group, working directly with our Senior Investment Counselors to build trusting relationships with our clientsHelp educate our clients on our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments, and important market eventsConnect with clients to review their asset allocation and ensure we are on the right track towards their long-term financial goalsSupport Senior Investment Counselors by following up with clientsWork directly with internal departments to fulfill our client operational requestsYour Qualifications: Experience in an Operational, Administrative, Client-Facing, or Finance settingBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceRequired to pass the Series 65 exam or equivalentExperience managing work through Microsoft OutlookComfortable delegating work up to more senior employeesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment following directions from multiple partnersU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
