Job description

Position is REMOTE right now but looking at June 2023 in the office (Hybrid)

Must be within 100 miles of Plano TX

Top 3 technical skills: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design original presentations from unrefined content or outlines.
• Presentations should communicate information in a concise manner that visually tells a story, allows for easy audience digestion, and focuses on key messaging.
• Presentations will range from storytelling, executive presentation, proposals, and all hands on deck.
• Carefully consider and choose suitable design direction including: typographic treatment, color, animation, and appropriate imagery to support messaging
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects and respond to numerous last minute creative directions and edits
• Develop and maintain a library of commonly used assets and design components
• Ability to create PowerPoint templates

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of graphic design experience
• Possesses strong grammar, writing and communication skills with ability to suggest copy edits for design impact
• Link to portfolio demonstrating, a strong command of graphic design principles such as composition, color, typography, and photo treatment must be provided for consideration
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - must demonstrate advanced skills and ability to design in PowerPoint; fluency and ability to work in Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
• Excellent time management skills: ability to understand project scope and accurately assess time availability; manage projects with multiple stakeholders; work on multiple projects with various headlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for clients in the Information Technology or OEM fields
• Ability to create communication strategy
• Coordinate and compose internal communication to executive leadership
