The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with a premier client onsite at the headquarters in Plano, TX. This HR Business Partner role will share responsibilities with the current HRBP in supporting our contingent workforce placed at all domestic sites. This is a full time, fully benefited position with significant career growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a generalist role in a large corporate environment with focus on employee relations, performance management, FMLA, ADA and LOA. The ability to interact with staff at all levels of the organization, in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high degree of professionalism is essential.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

* Strong understanding, background and hands on experience in conducting workplace investigations, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
* Comprehensive, expert knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, LOA and experience in effectively administering ADA accommodations. Multi-state experience is a plus.
* Proactively minimizes litigation risk by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.
* Makes recommendations, provides solutions, and resolves issues timely and effectively.
* Thorough documentation of investigations, performance management, FMLA, ADA and LOA cases.
* Builds collaborative relationships and gains credibility with client's Human Resources teams, program management teams, and our workforce suppliers to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong communications between Workforce Logiq, our client and workforce suppliers.
* Must be able to react quickly, make timely decisions, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively and tactfully advise, counsel, coach and influence others.
* Well versed and capable to think on your feet quickly and react with calm and professionalism
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include advanced excel skills

Qualifications

Required Skills:

* Customer service experience, preferably in an HR environment.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to confidentially manage personal and employee information.
* Working knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
* Proficient user of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Ability to execute routine reporting using MS Excel.

Education and/or Experience

* 3-5 years' experience in an HR generalist or business partner role for a large organization
* Strong knowledge of LOA, ADA, FMLA laws
* Extensive experience in investigation of HR inquiries
* Ability to partner and collaborate with client
* At least 2 years of related customer service experience
* Strong organizing and time management skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
