_Please note, we work a family friendly schedule: Monday through Friday and only occasional Saturday with a typical work week being 45 to 50 hours._

Essential Functions

* Works with team members to finish the job
* Able to work independently to get the job done
* Openly communicates to Crew Lead regarding any issues or problems that arise
* Able to take and apply direction and instruction from Crew Lead
* Install landscape plants and materials as directed by Crew Lead
* Ensure the following tasks are completed:
* Plants are watered
* Tools are picked up
* Job site is clean
* Take notes of what tasks and material are needed for next work day and communicates to Crew Lead

Requirements

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

* Excellent customer service when interacting with our clients
* Basic math skills required
* In excellent physical condition
* Able to work in the outside elements (105-degree heat, 20 degree cold, rain, etc)
