Responsible for assisting with the administrative duties related to client relationships and identifying client service and sales needs. Assists with the coordination and follow-up with specialists and experts to ensure superior client service. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
• Focus primarily on compliance oversight and reporting with accountability; remaining capacity for administrative tasks
• Align to a group of Lending Specialists at 1:30
• Provides support to a market (will support multiple markets if needed to reach 1:30)
• Engage in new accountability / follow up routines to follow reporting distribution
• Accountable for weekly site compliance checklist, NPI sweeps, clean desk review, signage and expired marketing review, quarterly compliance certification in partnership with the SOM, connections/ profile compliance, LO website review and site Access review.
• Responsible for Daily/Weekly reporting
• In person client greeting
• New hire & on boarding support e.g. access
• Limited Sales Manager calendar support such as critical market meeting coordination
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Drive Client experience and Operational Execution
-Manage new hire on-boarding (office access, laptop, blackberry, etc)
-Knowledge on Ariba/eRequest & myTechnology
-Excellent PC and communication skills
-Must be a team player
-Excellent problem-solving skills
