As a member of the Marketing Team, the Product Marketing Manager will contribute to the iDonate Product & Customer experience by participating in the SDLC and representing commercial/customer interests; produce, maintain, and distribute content and assets to enable Sales, Marketing, Customer experience, and Partner channels; develop, drive, and execute GTM strategy with VP of Marketing, including delivery mediums and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Create and provide product messaging and positioning to be utilized on the website, in training materials and collateral pieces.
• Stay current on ongoing competitive research and associated sales enablement tools such as a competitive matrix, battle cards, FAQs, etc.
• Maintain updated training, onboarding and getting started materials.
• Craft and distribute internal communications about new materials, product features and launches, and other product-related activities.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong collaborator, likes working with others, and believe that ultimately the best results come from shared investment and buy in across all levels of a team.
• Analytical and creative
• Ability to effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions from various audiences.
• Ability to manage complex projects across various groups and priorities.
• Direct experience in enterprise software industry and SaaS a plus
• Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
