Job description
The Executive Director of Business Process, Information & Vendor Management will be a strategic partner of CBDN pillar leads and program leader with focus on providing critical business insights while building systems, processes and data required to effectively track and measure progress to ensure business objectives are met
Directs strategic thinking and works with CBDN pillar leads to develop/manage approach to achieve key deliverables
Lead end-to-end CBDN reporting to facilitate x-functional (e.g., (e.g., strategy, finance, legal, controls, etc.) and x-LOB (e.g., One Chase) collaboration
Drives messaging across CBDN and senior JPMC stakeholders
Solves for Technology and information needs across Real Estate while partnering with all RE, GRE, Tech, Facilities Vendors & Certain LOBs leadership.
Process improvement mindset and highly networking capabilities.
S/he will need to have or to be:
Technology process implementation background a plus.
Strategic and action driven thinker
Oversees the preparation of complex reports and performance and production analysis
Serves as high level point of contact for business partners.
Assists with cross-functional teams for report delivery
Participates in/supports complex business analysis and planning for multiple functions or LOBs
Coaches and mentors less experienced team members
May manage team support of internal and external audiences which could include financial, client, operational and regulatory data
May manage a large team with accountability for end-to-end process quality, people management and meeting annual budgets
May have direct, regular and influencing contact with Senior Management, clients and prospects
Manages multiple resource locations ensuring accurate, timely and consistent delivery
Drives multi-year strategic goals including technology agenda and investment initiatives
