Overview
The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading a recruiting team(s), partnering with recruiting-leadership to achieve Recruiting, Human Resources, and CROSSMARK goals as set by senior leadership. This position is also responsible for promoting strong communication and positive relationships during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
* Track attendance and schedule adherence.
* Staffing the business with quality hires, understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring manager to fully understand the staffing strategy for the business.
* Assist your team to creatively source qualified candidates.
* Lead your team to evaluate, interview, assess and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review.
* Drive recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, and solicit feedback on candidates and refine recruiting strategy, as needed
* Distribution and Prioritization of open requisitions.
* Tracks recruiting metrics and continually evaluates results and costs to assess effectiveness and identifies process improvement opportunities.
* Creates a high performance recruiting team through talent assessment, timely coaching and feedback, and developmental stretch assignments.
* Continual training of recruiting team and supervision including goal setting and establishing accountability.
* Passionate advocate in delivering an exceptional candidate experience (internal and external).
* Develops and executes talent acquisition strategies that enhance the visibility and desirability of ATS in key and niche recruiting markets.

Qualifications

Education: High School graduate or equivalent is required. Some college preferred Experience: A minimum of 1 years of recruiting knowledge that includes experience with an -applicant tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and other recruitment techniques.
Physical Demands: Frequent sitting, typing and use of the telephone are required.
Specific Skills:
* Up-to-date knowledge best practices as they relate to employee relations.
* Able to prioritize, organize and document all activities.
* Proficient skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Lawson (HRIS) experience including report creation is preferred, but not required.

Specialized Knowledge, License, etc: PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes.
Working Conditions: Corporate office environment is primary work location.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
