Are you inspired to make professional connections and educate others?The Talent Attraction and Operations team specializes in showcasing our employer brand at scale while attracting qualified candidates from our many recruiting channels: Job Boards, Email Marketing, our Brand Ambassador Program, Employee Referrals, Paid Media, Social Media, FisherCareers.com and more.The Opportunity:As a Talent Attraction Program Manager, you will help share the Fisher Investments story through voices of employees across the globe, to strengthen our employer brand and help produce employee referrals for our open roles. You will empower employees and provide training on tools we have to help tell their story. You will report to the Vice President of Talent Attraction and Operations.The Day-to-Day:Coach employees on their personal brands, including LinkedIn profiles and digital networking strategiesConsult business leaders on their digital brands and recommend creative ways to highlight open roles on their teamsCapture and share meaningful experiences, like employee appreciation events and celebrationsContribute to content creation with the support of graphic designers and a copywriterWork with other Talent Attraction channel owners to build cohesive messages and campaignsYour Qualifications:2+ years of Recruiting, Talent Marketing, Employer Branding or similar experienceStrong presentation skills and a desire to educate others through trainings, workshops and written resources in both group and one-on-one settingsA focus on using data to make impactful decisions to move your programs forwardExperience building relationships with a wide range of individualsDesire to learn new technologies and provide technology support to employeesU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
