Job Description:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be aligned to support a specific Business Unit to help build best in class teams by recruiting high performing candidates.

  • Act as internal consultant for hiring managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of most qualified candidates
  • Source, screen and present qualified candidates
  • Support the ongoing diversity objectives in building teams at Lennox
  • Review resumes, interview and screen applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.
  • Establish and maintain contact with a variety of potential applicant resources including search firms, governmental agencies, college placement centers, trade schools, and related organizations.
  • Source candidates from applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
  • Proactively source candidates from social media platforms, including LinkedIn and others
  • Develop job ad campaigns, and coordinate Job ad placement in appropriate media.
  • Participate in and formulate recommendations in the development of short and long range team building objectives
  • Provide technical leadership and support to talent acquisition team

Qualifications:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Requires a bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires at least 3 years related experience
  • Functional knowledge of local and national employment market characteristics, successful recruiting programs, minority recruiting and identification of applicant sources.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.
