Corporate Recruiter - Richardson, TX

Project Summary:

Halff Associates is hiring a full-time corporate recruiter. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, specializing in higher volume recruiting. This candidate will work with hiring managers to define open positions and outline responsibilities and requirements. Must be willing and able to function in a team environment. While this person will be responsible for a set of positions, we work collaboratively as a team.

Required Skills:

* Experience hiring in an Engineering and Architecture industry is highly preferred.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects to meet deadlines.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
* Candidate screening and high volume interview scheduling.
* Assist with hiring of new grads and attending, coordinating college career fairs.
* Must possess proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidate hiring decisions in both the selection and offer process with candidates and senior management.
* Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
* Ability to work in a Team environment.
* Results oriented, self-motivated and creative.
* Past experience with an Applicant Tracking System is required. Experience using Paycor recruiting software a plus.
* Competency with PC software tools including the Microsoft Office suite
