Your Opportunity:
The Tax-Advantaged Product Management team provides the opportunity to have a great impact on a large portion of Schwab's client assets, as the team is responsible for individual retirement accounts (IRAs), minor and informative savings accounts, small business retirement accounts and complex accounts (e.g., trust accounts, organizational accounts). The team is accountable for product strategy, product management, process improvement, product offer design, and risk management.
Specifically, the Tax-Advantaged Product Management team has three main responsibilities: (1)Manage Schwab's tax-advantaged account platforms and complex accounts; (2) Lead regulatory and risk management initiatives and communications with client experience impact; and (3) champion Schwab's Interests on retirement and complex account product initiatives.

What you are good at:
The Senior Manager, Business Analyst will work closely with Tax Advantaged and Bank Trust Services leadership and partners from across the business to drive ground-breaking change. You will partner with several groups across the firm. The Senior Manager, Business Analyst role will be responsible for collaborating with the business on enhancing the end-to-end client experience, using digital strategies, streamlining processes, and simplifying the experience for our business partners.
Responsibilities include:
Project management and execution with cross-functional partners, including channel organizations (branch network, service centers, (url removed)), marketing, operations, legal, and compliance
Develop and deliver expertise on the regulatory and operational requirements
Lead quantitative and qualitative information-gathering and analysis to identify insights, evaluate opportunities and advise decisions to develop recommendations
Design and complete tactical implementation plans in close collaboration with key partners
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, timely follow-up
Support development of and assist with testing of processes in preparation for conversion
What you have:
Bachelor's degree
Series 6 or 7 license preferred
7+ years proven experience in financial services
Ability to gather insights, synthesize data, find opportunities, make recommendations, and create a plan to deliver the topmost client experiences
A technical orientation to understand and lead technology solutions
Relationship-building skills, including ability to influence and build consensus across organizations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present at all levels of the organization
Sharp critical thinking skills (creative, strategic, and practical), ability to focus on the most vital areas, problem-solving skills, and strong business and relationship judgment
Outstanding "soft" skills with ability to engage with and lead a diverse range of partners
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously that vary in scope and complexity
Outstanding proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; solid understanding of SharePoint
Professional - possess a positive demeanor, passion, partnership and professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
