This exciting opportunity
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical human resources guidance and solutions to your client group within Incora. You will be supporting internal customers across US, Canada, and Mexico by providing effective solutions for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, compliance, compensation planning, and much more across multiple locations.
You will need to:
Be passionate about people and supporting Leadership to create an Outstanding employee experience! You will work to translate business strategies into credible and value-added people solutions, providing relevant HR insights. You will partner with Centers of Expertise and Shared services; and you will also work on key projects as a key part of our global HR team.
Qualifications
Be an experienced HR professional with experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You are required to have outstanding knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, experience in employee engagement, coaching and performance management, talent and retention strategy, operational processes, compliance, contract review and employment conditions. You should have experience working with COE (Centers of Expertise) structure such as HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation.
Be an outstanding communicator and stakeholder manager; you will need great critical thinking skills and business acumen. You will be expected to see the long-term big picture while possessing an analytical mindset, detail orientation and have the ability to plan and prioritize to meet business needs.
What will you also need?
Expert knowledge of all federal, state, and local laws, English requirement, French/Spanish will be a plus, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. A bachelor's degree or higher or the related experience in business management, HR expertise, organizational development, or HR Certifications, such as SHRM, PHR, SPHR.
