Exciting career opportunity for a full-time Recruiter to staff various departments for the YMCA of Greater Williamson County, which is located just north of historic Austin, Texas

We are looking for a high volume recruiter to primarily staff for various seasonal positions for our Afterschool, Camp, and Aquatics programs.

The successful Recruiter will be:

• Attend Job Fairs, post flyers and creatively recruit for various positions
• A builder of large talent pools and pipelines to support management with staffing requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours

**MINIMUM ABILITIES / QUALIFICATIONS**

• 2 year successful recruiting/staffing experience preferred
• A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, psychology, sociology, economics, or marketing preferred
• Strong human relation skills and written/verbal communication skills, including public speaking, necessary
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborative work environment
• A positive, enthusiastic, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to plan, develop, organize, manage and administer tasks
• Ability to work independently, while meeting the staffing needs of multiple departments
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• A valid Texas Driver license, excellent driving record, and valid insurance is required
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
• Must be able to pass reference checks, pre-employment drug screen, criminal history check

Salary plus commission: $62,000-$65,000 base salary (Commission based on goal achievement)

Salary is commensurate with skills and experience. Our organization is home to the largest school age child care provider in Williamson County as well as health and fitness programs that improve the quality of life for over 45,000 members ranging from preschool through senior citizen.
