Large and growing company headquartered here in San Antonio seeking an experience Accounts Payable Professional. With a long-standing reputation of producing, manufacturing, and distributing equipment and services nationwide. With new technology, a new manufacturing facility and new offices, their team is growing!

Currently looking for an Accounts Payable specialist who has experience with a larger portfolio.

Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Cash flow reporting and forecasting for a $35m+ AP portfolio


• Check and approve all vouchers for payment


• AP Reconciliation


• Accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files


• Assist in monthly account closings

• Process requisitions company wide


• Send purchase orders to vendors once approved.


• Receives invoices when they come in and routes for approval


• Enters invoices into system for payment processing- 40 to 60 per week

Requirements for Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 4+ years of recent AP experience


• Experience working within an AP role for a large company


• ERP/Accounting software experience
