The internal Auditor is responsible for reviews at an office level in an efficient and timely manner, to assure the office is compliant with financial responsibilities, as well as providing documentation per company policy. Also responsible for directing or training employees according to company operating procedures, and consulting or conferring with internal departments. The successful candidate will be able to use critical thinking to investigate, collect and analyze data, and prepare and transmit reports. This position travels 100%.
Position Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze daily operations reports including cash on hand, deposits, debit and cash payments.
• Conducts physical property check to ensure professionalism and safety issues are addressed.
• Reviews and inspects compliance documentation including contracts, leases, sell-outs, etc.
• Reviews miscellaneous documentation such as referral fees, bills paid, visitor log, fire safety and surveillance equipment.
• Prepares and interprets final audit report with office employees and submits reports to corporate management structure.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in auditing, or in Company operations at a manager level.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to tailor information to a variety of audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage projects, solve problems, and work on multiple tasks within tight deadlines in order to accomplish objectives.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to drive long distances alone, use air travel and rent a car.
• Vaccination a requirement for consideration.
