About the Role


TINT is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Enterprise Account Executive to support our outbound account-based marketing enterprise efforts. The Enterprise Account Executive must have a deep understanding of social media and how it drives business. The Enterprise Account Executive must thrive in a start-up environment where sales process ownership and strategy are key to success.


Leadership capability, energy and humility are imperative. The TINT sales team are a set of individuals who are crazy about social media and are passionate about providing leading marketing solutions to our customers. This position reports to the Vice President of Global Sales.


Requirements

  • Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach via phone, email, and social media
  • Be the customer champion. You believe in serving customers by managing their expectations and delivering what you promise
  • Prioritize short-term customer satisfaction and long-term business goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategy with equal emphasis on net-new accounts and expansion of existing accounts
  • Qualify prospects based on their current business pain points and needs
  • Enter and update all activities into Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota
  • Self-generate sales pipeline
  • Schedule demos
  • Analyze and improve business development tactics

  • You will own the complete sales process and drive business
  • You will be working with some of the biggest brands in the world to build solutions that allow them to win
  • You will develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers in every deal
  • You will listen, identify, and understand the needs of customers and prospective customers and deliver to their expectations. You will build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • The perfect candidate continuously studies sales tactics and strategies


Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience on Large and Enterprise Brands
  • Excellent phone and written skills; able to communicate effectively in both mediums
  • Committed to excellence, discipline, and success in all aspects of the sales process
  • Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive outlook, coachability, and an upbeat personality
  • Adept at using a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Contribute to a positive company culture
  • Previous success in a similar, quota-based role
  • Highly organized
  • Goal oriented
