Summary
We are seeking a People Services Coordinator for our San Antonio, TX corporate headquarters - someone who is detail orientated and loves problem solving.

Core Duties

  • Coordinating new hire paperwork, equipment ordering and new hire orientations
  • Responding to unemployment claims and employment verifications
  • Send pay changes and new hire approvals through the approval process and to the proper department for processing.
  • Support special projects such as employee reviews, handbook sign offs, employee surveys etc.
  • Data entry into HRIS
  • Data entry into Benefits system
  • Respond to employees and manager on policies and benefits questions.
  • Assist in Workforce and Organizational Planning
  • Partnering with Leaders to recruit world-class talent, including representing XPEL at talent events.

The Right Candidate Will

  • Exercise excellent judgment and make recommendations that balance the needs of employees as well as the company.
  • Have an ability to manage multiple competing and important priorities quickly, and effectively communicate back to other stakeholders and business leaders.
  • A strong sense of integrity and impeccable professional maturity is key.
  • Apply excellent interpersonal skills both in one-on-one situations with all levels of personnel, and in facilitating group meetings and keeping them on track.
  • Use seasoned judgment to suggest approaches that optimize among customer needs, business/technological constraints.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work well with others both in person and across other offices through remote communications.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail.
