Job description

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator is an entry level position that supports at least one HR Service Delivery team. This position will also support the HR department by managing the office's front desk to include answering phone calls and providing assistance to employees, guests and visitors.

Job Duties:

* Manage unemployment claims by responding to claims. Gather and submit data to respond to unemployment claims.
* Data entry and data changes in HCM.
* Submit requisitions in the applicant trackin system and submit for approval.
* Process transactions related to time an leave.
* Create, document, and modify standard operating procedures.
* Manage employee files.
* Provide support for HR initiatives and projects.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree is required.

Experience:

Two (2) years of related experience is required.
