Medical Case Manager

Job description

Texas Medical Legal Consultants (TxMLC) assists medical experts and legal professionals with the managerial/administrative aspects of expert witness services involving pre-litigation and litigation cases. We are seeking an energetic, pleasant case manager for a fast-paced but fun company to act as the touchpoint for medical experts and legal clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will need to possess strong verbal, writing, editing, proof-reading skills;
• Ability to prioritize and organize work and multi-task to ensure all deadlines are met;
• Provide administrative support to legal professionals and medical experts;
• Schedule and calendar events including deadlines;
• Arranging meetings between medical experts and legal clients;
• Be familiar with the medical and legal terminology;
• Communicate with experts, staff, and legal professionals by email, telephone, and in-person;
• Willingness to be a team player and help others when needed; and
• Must be able and available to complete critical assignments and deadlines before or after regular business hours if required.

Job Type:

This is a full-time, exempt position with eligibility for health benefits, 401k.
