We are looking for an Operations Manager for our San Antonio office. The Operations Manager will manage daily operations by formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, and securing compliance.

You will be presented with multiple competing tasks, and no day will be the same. You will be required to bring ideas to the table and execute successfully at a rapid pace.

Responsibilities

  • Drive process and innovation for operations, including with our electronic documents, care team processes, barcode usage, and processes and auditing for the 3PL
  • Responsible for increasing operational efficiencies, including costing for both operations and distribution
  • Manage processes for the care team, including tracking and reporting, utilization, document flow processes, and automation
  • Assist with expansion by planning and communicating operations and care team hiring for new states
  • Responsible for warehouse process and reporting, including the development of a reporting system in NetSuite and documentation and security processes that meet all regulatory guidelines
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate data in NetSuite and sending a weekly report to the VP on operations statuses, and a monthly report to the executive team on process and innovation opportunities

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in operations
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
  • Undaunted by challenges and has a growth mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • NetSuite experience is a plus

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
