The Lead Technical Risk Analyst provides assessment and attestation services to help companies and decision-makers attain confidence in understanding and managing business risks related to technology. Business and technology are converging rapidly. With technology becoming the business of every company, understanding and managing technology risk is critical to a companys success. The ability to understand these risks and bridge the knowledge gap that often exists between business and technology is the core strength of Technology Risk professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Over-see IT-related external and internal audit and attestation procedures for private and public companies
* Apply IT-related internal control and data analytics knowledge to deliver high quality projects
* Address financial, operational and compliance risks, strengthening internal control and improving and protecting business performance while providing business insights and value to clients
* Demonstrate the value of risk management above and beyond the regulatory and compliance mandates
* Utilize an advanced understanding of the client's industry and key performance drivers to understand how business trends, and emerging technology and industry developments affect the client
* Develop an advanced understanding of clients business and IT environment and brief the project team
* Supervise documentation of business and IT-related processes, risks and controls in accordance with methodologies based on information collected from clients and participate in performing procedures focusing on complex, judgmental and specialized issues
* Manage project deliverables, provide guidance and review documentation, analysis, results and observations.
* Demonstrate and apply relevant complex technology concepts to client situations and make recommendations for improvements in clients processes and controls
* Demonstrate the ability to effectively negotiate priorities across multiple stakeholders
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functional groups

Requirements

* Experience working with accounting, business and technology concepts
* Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills
* Ability to become proficient with MS Visio and EY proprietary technology
* Excellent English language skills both written and verbal
* Ability to evaluate project structure, assumptions and constraints and adjust

This is a full-time opportunity with competitive benefits. Candidates must reside in Alpharetta, GA area and be willing to come onsite when its deemed safe to do so. In the interim, this role will be remote. The engagement will kick-off in November; Interapt will move through our comprehensive recruitment process quickly.
