Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter at the ARS office in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for Technical and Non-Technical positions ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies for hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to draft, improve, and launch tailored recruiting/sourcing strategies.

  • Build and maintain technical talent pipelines utilizing creative sourcing strategies.

  • Assist the hiring managers and own the candidate experience from recruiting to on-boarding.

  • Stay on top of current industry trends and leverage knowledge to assist with the engineering of recruiting operations.

  • Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines.

  • Track and maintain opportunities and candidates within the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Develop

  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

  • Proactively build relationships to develop a candidate pool for future opportunities within the company.

  • Coordinate interviews with division and section leads.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years of Technical Recruiting - DOD recruiting preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suites

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Attention to details is a must

  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
