Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking to hire friendly, detail-oriented Title Clerks to process and file paperwork to establish/transfer the ownership of our customers' fleet vehicles in our FLEET Department.
Ideal candidates MUST have previous titling experience. Other billing or dealership office experience is a plus!

Responsibilities - Title Clerk:

  • Process and file paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of Fleet vehicles
  • Maintain strict compliance with all title laws and filing requirements
  • Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
  • Communicate with customers and the county clerk's office on related issues
  • Perform administrative/clerical duties as needed

Requirements - Title Clerk:

  • Previous Title Clerk experience required
  • Accounting experience required
  • Billing or other dealership office experience is a plus!
  • CDK and/or Web Dealer experience is a plus!
  • Cash-handling and accounting knowledge
  • Must understand debits/credits and possess basic math skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and a professional appearance
  • Must work well with others and have good communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license
