REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Business Management).
- 10+ years experience in finance (preferably financial analysis, or accounting)
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Extremely strong analytic, problem-solving, and modeling skills are required.
- Advance skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- A self-motivator, a leader with intellectual curiosity, eager to learn and grow, able to learn on their own.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Working knowledge of importing data and building reports using BI Tools, Tableau experience preferred
- Great Plains, Crystal reporting knowledge is a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Hire, mentor, and develop FP&A, Treasury, and Data Analytics teams.
- Impact the overall cash management initiatives by using data analytics to further develop the cash management vision and policies for the larger organization
- Analyze the operating cash flows to make proactive decisions related to the efficient use of cash across the organization
- Conceptualize, develop, and create robust financial and operational models as part of budgeting, planning, forecasting, and operational tracking and reporting
- Drive ROI mindset and accountability across the business, departments, and functions
- Provide financial analysis and modeling on long-term strategic initiatives and business plans for the Operations team, by collaborating and interacting with cross-functional teams in the assessment of opportunities.
- Provides information to Finance and various Business Unit organizations by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations.
- Determines financial position by comparing and analyzing forecasts with actual results on a regular basis.
- Improves financial position by analyzing results, KPIs, and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions
- Guide the business on synthesizing large amounts of data into executive-level reporting dashboards to drive performance and decision-making
- Assist with financial analysis on key Operations initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with the business to ensure a solid understanding of its goals and objectives
- Accomplishes Finance & various Business Unit organization missions by completing related specific projects as needed.
- Determines financial consequences of alternative methods, plans, and strategies.
- Performs complex data modeling and financial analysis.
- Works on complex problems and develops business cases where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A team player must be able to work with people within, and outside of the Finance department, and to build effective relationships with all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where everyone is expected to balance multiple roles and commitments.
- Understanding of orientations and business priorities as well as ability to influence the business.
- Strong operational business acumen and ability to breakdown complex concepts and structures into root components, including unit economics
- Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
- Excellent organizational and strong communication and presentation skills are required.
- Willing to travel and work overtime when necessary
