Job Description:

Huntsman's Polyurethanes (PU) Division is actively looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. This individual will be an integral member of the FP&A team, supporting the Polyurethanes Global Finance. The role will provide in depth financial reporting and analysis on the global performance of the Polyurethanes division.

As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:

• Support Global Financial Planning and Analysis team
• Provide insightful and creative analysis and presentation material on the performance of the Global Polyurethanes division to the PU President and Vice President of Global Finance
• Support the Huntsman Investor Relations group, provide key analysis and 10Q/10K support
• Analyze publicly available competitive financial performance and benchmark vs PU
• Support PU global forecasting and budgeting process for Income Statement and Free Cash Flow; and provide in-depths analysis for business operations.
• Coordinate with all regions and functions to ensure timely submission of information
• Communicate clearly the outcome of the forecasting and budgeting process - analyzing the information from a financial delivery perspective
• Support PU Strategy Process
• Analyze and provide support to increase Polyurethanes efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both medium and long-term financial plan
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling support related to the PU division's M&A strategy

Skills and experiences required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience; MBA preferred
• Advanced analytical skills, high level critical thinking and business acumen
• Proven problem solving and quantitative skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions) and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of business intelligence systems (i.e. IBM Planning & Analytics, SAP, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across different levels and cultures
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and with attention to detail
• Must be willing to work periodic overtime as needed, especially at month-end or quarter-end
• Strong understanding of chemical industry and Polyurethanes business is a plus
