Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to develop effective talent acquisition strategies and serve as a strategic thought partner throughout the process - Engage with HR Partners and business leaders to understand hiring trends, anticipate hiring needs and offer a proactive approach to the recruitment process - Conduct regular and frequent communication with hiring managers to provide updates, respond to questions and concerns, advise on recruitment approaches and processes, and share insights and strategic perspective - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure all background checks and contingencies are progressing - Develop strategic search strategy highlighting recruitment approach, timelines, candidate profiles, etc.; align with hiring manager - Advise managers on what a great candidate looks like and ways of engaging talent to further build relationships - Leverage available data in recruiting effort to attract top talent - Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization to identify qualified candidates - Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts; Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations, or education institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates - Implement sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified passive candidates - Communicate with passive candidates to encourage them to apply for appropriate, open roles - Identify potential internal candidates and movements for select roles by partnering with HR Partners and Talent - Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts - Promote the Client brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice - Attend career fairs/recruiting events when applicable and as appropriate
* Assist with other recruitment tasks and related projects, as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communication, Business or equivalentPreferred Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in recruiting or Human Resources - Ability to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building skills (listening, probing, persuading) in previous recruiting assignments - Ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match and provide accurate, actionable feedback to hiring managers - Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships - Strong interpersonal and relatability skills to help in managing diverse personalities - Demonstrated ability to collaborate in working with multiple partners and key stakeholders - Must project poise and confidence - Strong sense of urgency with a proactive attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point - Knowledge and experience using Workday
