Working at our popular luxury apartment communities, Leasing Consultants engage with future residents to capture their vision for their living experience, attract new and retain current residents, help to create a at-home feel and a sense of belonging.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lease apartments and sell property's services to prospects
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect phone calls and conduct property tours following the Billingsley guidelines
- Use sales, networking, and marketing strategies to help increase property traffic
- Effectively communicate details of the different apartment unit options and variations
- Maintain product knowledge of the property and marketability
- Provide exemplary customer service to both current and prospective residents
- Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional, and welcoming manner
- Accurately prepare and enter lease related paperwork and information into internal resident database
- Plan, schedule and organize resident functions
- Follow Billingsley Company's Standards of Excellence
- Other tasks or tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years' experience in sales, service, or hospitality industry
- Ability to use Office software
- YardiCRM, Onesite and RentCafe experience
- College preferred (but high school diploma required)
- Demonstrable success in a customer service environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Previous sales experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
