Shared Services organization has a key role in protecting the Customer Experience, providing direct support in response to customer complaints. This team will often serve as the final opportunity for the business to make a recovery from service issues that have adversely impacted the customer experience.
Responsibilities:Under Business Process Management, the Analyst will have three main focuses: Support order entry and process enhancements on behalf of the Consumer Sales organization including the associated Sales Tools, analyze current processes to determine areas of opportunity and suggest improvements, and ensure integrity of the order entry process before they are integrated into business process.
This position will support new product launches by collaborating with Order Entry support groups, the IDA Development team, Billing Applications Support, Product/Marketing teams, etc. In addition to working closely with Inbound Sales, Retention, Retail Stores, Direct Sales and Indirect Sales.
Primary Goal:
To gain and retain subscribers, decrease order entry errors, decrease average handle time through efficient processes and improve representative productivity by ensuring process automation and accuracy. Ensure the consistency of all related processes and procedures as new products and services are introduced to the Sales organization.

- Serves as an individual contributor and team member
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects. Projects vary from static to ad hoc.
- Technical/Functional Competencies
- Competency in the development of efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
- Extensive experience in Process Design
- Knowledge of Altice USAs best practices and/or industry required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Knowledge of HTML, Visual Basic, FTP, SQL preferred
- Extensive experience in report development
- Key Experiences/Achievements
- Degree in Computer Science or 4 years directly related experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience and current working knowledge of the following systems, IDA, Zoom, Trio as well as a backend understanding of provisioning systems
- Minimum 3 years experience in Billing System with involvement in Reporting, development, and implementation
- 5 years experience within cable television or related industry
- Proven ability to manage projects to completion
- Proven interdepartmental communication skills
