Summary: *(Position can be based in Wichita Falls, TX; San Antonio, TX; or Oklahoma City, OK)

Shermco System Integration, an industry leading electrical engineering and systems integration firm, and currently has openings for an Electrical Designer of facilities, including power distribution and controls design in Oklahoma or Texas. The ideal candidate will be an Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years in an industrial environment, capable of reading electrical schematics, layouts and grid plans for pump stations and compressor facilities. Candidate must be capable of learning to develop effective safe electrical diagrams, provide assistance in the installation of equipment and systems. In addition, the ideal candidate will exhibit a willingness to apply themselves to learn and develop the above skills. The ideal candidate will normally work in an office setting though occasional travel is also needed to fulfill duties.



Qualifications of Electrical Designer:

· Experience in AutoCAD and SKM

· Electrical Engineering degree

· Electrical Designer must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

· Electrical Designer must be able to pass a criminal background screen.

· Electrical Designer must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

· Valid driver's license.

· Power and Controls experience

- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English.

- Must be willing and open to overnight travel for various projects.

· Microsoft Office
