My client is a highly reputable technology leader in the construction industry looking to add an experienced Land Surveyor to their team. This full-time position will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and field crews to complete large-scale survey projects. The position will coordinate with other Project Surveyors and teams to execute project scope and schedule as established by the Project Manager..

The person awarded this position will:

  • Serve as the client contact for signing and sealing plats and drawings
  • Mentor and train a team of technicians on state survey requirements and QA/QC processes
  • Oversee plan production to complete large-scale projects
  • Supervise technicians and field crews
These responsibilities allow the job to have a combination of work inside the office and outside the office. Relocation costs will be considered if necessary!

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
  • Executing professional land survey tasks
  • Survey Records Research
  • Boundary Resolution
  • Project/phase management for large-scale survey projects

Qualifications & Experience:
  • One year experience using AutoCAD and MS Office (required)
  • Professional Land Surveyor License (required)
  • Self-motivated with strong technical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • United States Work Authorization (required)
