About the Role

Our People Success Team is seeking a Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus, and determination to our team. You will own and drives the recruiting process from end-to-end for a variety of roles across out corporate and technology functions. We work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find a wide range of candidates. We're also passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it's really like to work here.

What You'll Do

* Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
* Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions
* Work consultatively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, and partner to develop strategies for attracting and hiring a wide range of candidate
* Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, and evaluate skill level, ultimately making a recommendation to the hiring team
* Drive full offer process and manage expectations not only with candidates but with all internal stakeholders
* Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
* Provide recommendations to improve our process and provide detailed information regarding the market conditions

About You

* 2+ years' experience in recruiting; combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience would be a plus
* An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
* Build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. You are able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences and at all levels in the organization
* Thrive in a fast- paced, frequently changing environment, are results driven and always operate with a sense of urgency
* Able to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive activities while maintaining a high level professional demeanor with candidates, colleagues and internal teams
