Platinum Level Service

This is a unique position that requires a uniquely qualified individual. A strong and well-rounded HR generalist background with several years of HR leadership experience with large workforces is required. You also will have a consistent record in building and improving organizational capabilities and a thorough working knowledge of employee engagement practices and employee relations.

We need you to have a minimum of 5+ years of multi-function HR experience. An advanced degree in HR Management or related field is preferred. A solid knowledge and understanding of Federal employment laws. Excellent communication, forward-thinking and strategic skills are all necessary to be successful in this role.
