What You'll Do

The Talent Acquisition Partner role at BambooHR is one of those rare opportunities recruiters may get once, perhaps twice in their lifetime. Accordingly, we're looking for people who take a consultative and structured approach to recruiting. We want recruiters who know how to partner with hiring managers as a hiring expert and provide guidance in forecasting, interview training and coaching, and talent acquisition consultation. We need experts who can assist in streamlining processes and champion what "culture" means at Bamboo.

Bottom line, we want people who are qualified to find and assess new talent in innovative ways, as well as hire quality people! Specifically, we need people who will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidates are chosen based on technical and cultural requirements. Provide advice, guidance, and training throughout the process
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, acting as a process engineer for optimal screening and interviewing processes
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies and use multiple recruiting channels to generate qualified candidates
  • Employ direct sourcing methods through LinkedIn searches, sourcing networks, and employee referrals
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with both diversity and professional organizations and attend career fairs and other hiring events
  • Use social media to reach employer branding amplification and conduct office tours for interviewees and other potential employees
  • Plan strategy for optimal pipelines and execute tactical maneuvers for chosen hiring strategy
  • Provide optimal candidate experience with all candidates, build upon those relationships, and utilize talent pools for future positions with those connections


What We'll Love About You

  • 2 to 5 years experience in recruiting
  • Tenacity to learn, improve processes, and aid team in execution and development of Strategic HR practices
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn as a primary tool for sourcing high-impact candidates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google cloud services
  • Desire to provide quality interactions with candidates
  • You are coachable and have proven ability to take and implement feedback
