Challenger School is looking to add a Video Script Writer to our expanding Communications and Marketing Team.


Challenger School is seeking an exceptional individual to fill a full-time position on-site at our corporate office in Sandy, Utah.

Qualified candidates must have solid writing, reading, and critical thinking skills; the ability to manage and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines; a meticulous eye for detail; and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities include writing and producing engaging, well-researched scripts and storyboards to meet pre-defined objectives; collaborating with marketing team, design leads, and graphic designers; optimizing digital assets such as text, graphics, or multimedia assets; and supervising video production process.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with:

• media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, verbal, and visual media.
• principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
• video editing software (Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects)
