We're looking for a noteworthy recruiter to join our People Operations Team! Our recruiters are the first point of contact for prospective candidates and are responsible for telling the story of Havenpark in addition to selling the vision of what it looks like to be an employee here.
As an authority in the talent needs of our business, you'll be an adviser to our hiring managers and the candidates you find while engaging and guiding them through Havenpark's hiring process. By the time you've introduced an applicant to the team, they are comfortable, well-informed, and passionate about the possibilities that await them here. Responsibilities
- Partner with the People Operations team and other senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives and support company-wide hiring
- Source candidates using various methods to build a candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates through resume reviews, candidate profiles, and phone interviews
- Manage candidate experience through each step of the hiring process
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders across the business to prioritize your pipeline
- Provide visibility into recruiting metrics/performance and proactively surface insights to the leadership team
- Clearly document processes and best practices, and assist in training relevant stakeholders across the business
- Collaborate with HR to facilitate new hire orientation on an as-needed basis
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, networking, candidate screening, pipeline management, and managing relationships with your candidates in addition to the hiring teams and business leaders
- Ability to work with hiring managers to understand the structure of their teams, ongoing projects, and hiring demands
- Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress and roadblocks
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Experience with problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Nice to Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- A "quality over quantity" approach to sourcing and recruiting
- Prior Experience with ATS (Lever or Greenhouse)
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
