Technician / Mechanic - CNG & Diesel - "We will train you to become CNG Certified"

PARK CITY, UTAH

Great to have/but will train:

CNG-COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS (PREFERRED)- "We can train you to become CNG Certified *Amerit techs will be required to compete below 100% online CNG training within 30 days of start date
Bonus: Despite being a requirement, techs will receive a $1,000 bonus upon completion of both the Agility & NGVI training to compensate for the personal time taken time to complete.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate! - Paid weekly, every Friday!:

Shift:

All Monday- Friday
5:00AM- 1:30PM( Door Traffic)

8:00AM- 4:00PM( 2nd Shift)

4:30PM- 12:30 AM (This is the ideal shift to fill, and will offer more pay)

The Diesel Technician A - CNG, position requires high level of proficiency and working knowledge related to heavy duty Diesel Engine Diagnosis, repairs, as well as for Forklift and Pallet Jack repairs. Comprehension of Fleet Maintenance operations, understanding of electrical, hydraulics, PM and DOT inspection experience and knowledge.

What the CNG/Diesel-Mechanic/Technician role looks like:

Complete diagnostics and repairs to any mechanical, electrical, or other breakdown to motor truck or related equipment.
Perform overhauls to engines, transmissions, differentials, and repair engine accessory components.
Prepare vehicle records and report both manually and on a computer
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to light to medium duty vehicles
Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation required
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Inspect and perform work on the under parts of vehicles
Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance
Move parts to and from the job site and remove or install these parts on vehicles
Interact with clients through both email and phone as necessary
Perform other duties as required
What our ideal candidate looks like:

At least 2 years' experience performing vehicle maintenance or must possess auto or diesel technology diploma from an accredited technical school
ASE Certifications
Commercial Drivers License class required, will give time to obtain
Proficient computer skills: knowledge of Excel, Word, Fleet Management Systems, and email
Strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
Must provide own hand tools & toolbox
