Business Development Specialist - In Office

Visionary full-service legal services firm is seeking an experienced, passionate, and innovative individual to support the Utah area as a Business Development Specialist.

The right individual will be someone with the following strategic skills:

● Development of client engagement strategies to promote business growth and expansion

● Ability to gather and use a variety of data to drive increased exposure and opportunities for the firm

● Strong research skills and flexibility in cross-functional environments

Candidates who wish to be seriously considered should possess the following qualifications and ability to:

● 4+ years of experience in business development and client engagement events, preferably in the legal field, business investment or professional services industry

● Manage the implementation of development strategies and specialized objectives, as well as the individual business development initiatives

● Seek and promote activities and opportunities to expand market share with existing and new clients

● Prepare insightful pitches and proposals adapted to specific matters and practice areas

● Track and evaluate past and current proposals to determine successful trends

● Organize exceptional in-person and virtual events and speaking engagements for groups of various sizes

● Experience with RFP and market analysis
