Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Attraction, you will be responsible for developing and driving various talent attraction and engagement initiatives and programs that will help accelerate our ability to acquire talent, globally. This role will lead all elements of our programmatic initiatives (e.g., Employee Referral Program, Alumni Program, Attraction Ambassador Program, etc.) from development through to execution, collaborating across key internal and external partners.

In this role you will have a wide variety of responsibilities to partner with the global talent acquisition team to help drive and implement change. You will partner with various business and HR stakeholders, plus partner with the enterprise to leverage existing tools resources and materials that help build out our talent attraction programs.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the global efforts to manage and optimize our global Employee Referral Program.
  • Support the Global Talent Attraction team in the execution of various global programs and initiatives to drive attraction and engagement with talent.
  • Develop and roll out the training, tools, materials and communications needed to support the implementation of the program/initiative you deliver.
  • Monitor performance of programs/initiatives/utilization and ROI through data, reporting and dashboards and implement improvement plans/address issues in a timely manner
  • Partner with our third party vendors to provide strategic guidance, reporting, benchmarking and management.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team and wider enterprise to help us achieve our objectives.
  • Research and leverage industry best practices and trends to support initiatives and plans.
  • Proactively seek out new technologies and tools that will support our recruitment teams.
  • Regularly join recruitment team calls to provide updates talent programs, priorities, work and future plans and understand the global requirements, priorities and challenges.
  • Help to deliver training and development that will support recruiter capabilities to deliver against talent channel strategies.

Selected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; West Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Chandler, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; New York, NY.
Salary range is determined by the location of the job.
May be considered for a discretionary bonus



Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

  • Experience with employee referral program administration, management or measurement
  • Program management experience
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Strategic recruitment marketing experience developing integrated campaigns using multiple talent channels.
  • Proven track record in managing global programs and initiatives.
  • Experience of building out various campaigns to attract and engage referrals, alumni, etc.
  • Experience working in International and/or global roles
