BCI is searching for a full-time BCaBA, Assistant Behavior Analyst, in Bennington, VA!
Behavioral Concepts (BCI), is looking for an exceptional bachelor's-level ABA professional to join our team as a BCaBA in Vermont. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to build their supervision skills while working under the direction of a BCBA. Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Behavior Technicians and clinical programs
Supports parent training and education
Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings
Provide supervision in clinic and home settings
Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
Eligible to sit for BCaBA (An undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis)
Prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
Demonstrated ability to train others
Strong communication and writing skills
Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
