**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE**

As a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on June 1, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

**Internship responsibilities may include**

- Charter Customer Service call center leadership manages thousands of agents across the country and abroad.
- Our BI organization provides performance management tools for supervisors and above to manage front-line agents that handle phone calls addressing our customer's billing and/or repair issues.
- This includes trended stats around how long an agent speaks to a customer, a customer's scoring of said agent post-call, and evaluation of if that customer had to call back within 7 days for assistance with the same type of issue.
- We will be extending this functionality to our Serviceability and Social Media agents in 2021, and this role will be assisting that project in an Analyst capacity.
- This includes documenting requirements, participating in data visualization, validating functionality, ensuring data quality, and training end-users.

**Required qualifications**

- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
