Appcast is growing its partnership team! Join us! We are seeking a new Partnership Growth Specialist to develop and foster meaningful partnerships within the recruitment advertising space.

Responsibilities

• Share Appcast products and services: generate leads, evangelize Appcast job board solutions, close deals, generate revenue.
• Manage and own a book of business: maintain and grow successful partnerships with clients. Look for new ways to partner and create additional revenue streams.
• Execute recurring meetings to ensure client health, share new product offerings, and pilot new job marketing opportunities.
• Hunt for and connect with new, potential partners over the phone, through email, and in person.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of current and future partner product offerings in order to offer recommendations and solutions, or enhancements to, providing value to partnerships.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance business objectives tied to partnership KPI's and revenue generation.
• Participate in partner and internal QBR process to define accomplishments, improvements, and strategy and then set in motion next steps to take action to yield stronger performance
• Become an industry expert. To be successful in this role, become an expert on job seeker traffic in the recruitment advertising industry, and on the marketing techniques that drive optimal outcomes.
• Partner routinely with our Advertising Operations and Product teams to generate and share valuable data insights to partners, identify trends, and implement technical solutions during the onboarding process and life of partnership.
• Contribute as both a strong teammate and individual who has excellent communication skills, grit, and ambition.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree is a strong asset
