The Assistant Controller#is responsible for providing high-level support to the Finance leadership team as they manage the organizations accounting and financial activities. The Assistant Controller will assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, forecasting financial position, and ensuring the organizations financial results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and international financial reporting standards. The Assistant Controller will interface with key management, physician leaders and applicable external partners therefore written and organizational skills are critical. The Assistant Controller will be a key contributor to various departmental and organizational projects and responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations and accounting policies and procedures. Minimum Education Bachelor#s Degree in Finance or Healthcare Management or a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Work Experience 5+ years of finance experience. Previous healthcare experience preferred Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Advanced report writing and analytical skills using a variety of reporting platforms including Business Objects and Tableau. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Good organizational skills. Strong Microsoft Desktop application skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote). Demonstrates the ability to set goals and adhere to strict deadlines.

Minimum Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Healthcare Management or a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
